Your insurance cards 和 coverage information are automatically emailed to you within 5-10 business days after you have paid your PCC tuition 和 fees for 的 semester.

A deductible is 的 amount that is due one time per plan year before 的 insurance 开始支付. 你的医疗计划每年有0美元的免赔额. 你的牙科计划有 a $50 annual deductible which is waived for diagnostic 和 preventive 服务.
